Rachel is a local Personal Trainer who delivers fitness sessions as part of our Daughters of the West programs. In this video, Rachel will show how to safely move your body for this 100-1 style session to get your heart pumping. Rachael’s workouts are perfect to do at home as they require no equipment other than a chair! This session is beginner friendly.
